It's been a busy month already for the team here at TheBoldAge , and it's only the 9th of October! We've launched our first podcast, BeyondBold, we're in the final stages of the first edition of the magazine, we're also very close to launching the Dementia 24/7 support campaign - and all that while navigating the covid-19 restrictions that we are all facing.
With Mental Health Day upon us it was quite insightful as to how much those working in the NHS were affected by the first wave and it's not surprising that there's a fear of the impact it is going to have on their mental health with some talk already about PTSD. Exercise is one activity that can have a positive effect on your mental health and it was great when Steve looked into the Virtual Running Races and the fact that we can still feel part of a community even in this socially distanced period; and being in a community is one of the best things about TheBoldAge.

We are an exciting, fast expanding BOLD community for the over 50's. Encouraging people in their 50's and beyond to live a longer, healthier, more active and fulfilling life.
This does not mean that we will shy away from difficult and challenging subjects, but as BOLDIES we want to show a positive attitude and spirit.
As BOLDIES in our 50's and beyond we see the future as an exciting journey. A period of opportunity, relevance and joy; a time for exploration and re-invention where we continue to add value to society.
