You can perform these exercises as a circuit – 10 reps of each exercise with no rest between exercises. After the last exercise, rest for 45 seconds and then repeat. Aim for 5 - 8 rounds. Or for a slightly less intense workout perform 3 sets of 10 reps for each exercise with 30 seconds rest between each set.
