Starring William Hartnell as the Doctor, and Ann Ford as his first female companion.In 1984 c.1,000 passengers were trapped in smoked out tunnels for nearly three hours after a fire at Oxford Circus underground station.Despite the protestations of recent years the US still understands the costs of climate change: In 2018 the US Federal Climate report concludes that climate change will reduce the economy by 10% by 2100 with $141 billion cost from heat-related deaths, $118 billion from sea level rise, if nothing is done.
